This week, Taste of Travel Thursday takes us to Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, where Aloy Thai Eatery, a women-owned, family-inspired Thai restaurant, just opened its newest location.

Already beloved in Boulder, and Denver, Aloy Thai is known for its authentic dishes, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and inspired by generations of Thai family recipes.

From rich curries to zesty stir-fries, each plate is made to order, offering both bold flavors and healthy options in a warm, welcoming space.

Don’t Miss:

  • Panang Curry

  • Pad See Eew

  • Thai Iced Tea

The grand opening on August 25 promises vibrant food, a family-style atmosphere, and a true taste of Thailand in Colorado.
