One lucky golfer could win the “Home In One” contest that Owl’s Nest Resort is hosting. The New Hampshire-based resort based in Thornton is challenging golfers of all ages to hit a hole in one with one golfer having the chance to win a new home!

A release dives into the details of the contest, which will begin on July 1, 2025 and runs until there’s a winner or when the course closes for the 2025 season. The contest is available to amateur golfers that are 18 years of age or older. Golfers are allowed one swing on Hole #10 on the resort’s Nicklaus course. They must have played 18 holes on the course earlier in the day and there’s a $50 entry fee.

“Nothing beats the thrill of getting a hole in one - until now, that is,” said Brad McCoil, General Manager. “Our Home in One competition is expected to grab the attention of not just the golfing world, but everyone who’s ever dreamed of owning a home at Owl’s Nest. Now, anyone can take a swing at the chance, young and old - beginner, scratch or weekend warrior. We can’t wait to see the excitement this competition generates and to eventually welcome the lucky winner into the Owl’s Nest community.”

The resort is less than two hours from Boston and has some amazing views of The White Mountains. They have everything from hotel rooms and suites, restaurants on-site, two 18-hole golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts.
