Head to The Springs Resort in Colorado and enjoy delicious food at Wild Finch. If you haven’t been to the resort before, it’s based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and sounds so relaxing! The resort has over 50 hot spring pools, a waterfall, cold river plunges, and a steam grotto. As if that’s not enough to book a trip there, the resort’s newest restaurant sounds amazing!
Wild Finch has a nutrition-focused philosophy and is led by Executive Chef Daya Myers-Hurt. A release describes a really cool part of that philosophy and how nearly the entire menu is gluten-free while using local ingredients.
Guests can enjoy seasonal produce from the restaurant’s food network including mushrooms from local farms. Game meats like elk and bison are also on the menu providing travelers with a unique Colorado experience!
